Crossed Arrow Cable Stitch Pattern

CROSSED ARROW CABLE KNIT PATTERN
It looks difficult but it's actually an easy cable pattern. It's the crossed arrow cable stitch pattern. CO 28 stitches for a 6 inch width. For a 9 inch height I repeated rows 1-16, 2 times total, then did rows 1-12. I used a 10.5 needle.

Find pattern HERE or see below

MATERIALS NEEDED:
- 10.5 needle (or size needed to obtain gauge)
- Cable Needle
- 30-40 yards of yarn

Gauge: 4 ½ stitches per inch and 5 ¼ rows per inch
CO: 28 stitches

Repeat rows 1-16 3 times total
Rows: 48

Abbreviations:
C4F= Slip 2 stitches and hold in front, Knit 2 then knit 2 from the
cable needle
C4B= Slip 2 stitches and hold in back, Knit 2 then knit 2 from the
cable needle
T2F= Slip 1 stitch and hold in front, Purl 1 then Knit 1 from the
cable needle
T2B= Slip 1 stitch and hold in back, Knit 1 then Purl 1 from the
cable needle

Moss Stitch=
On RS rows (K1 P1) repeat
On WS rows you knit the purls and purl the knits

PATTERN:
The cable pattern is what is in parenthesis in case you want to change the bordering stitches

(RS) Rows 1,3,5,7: 4 moss, P3, (K4 P2 K2 P2 K4) P3, 4 moss
(WS) Rows 2,4,6,8,10,14: 4 moss, K3 (P4 K2 P2 K2 P4) K3, 4
moss
Row 9: 4 moss, P3 (C4F P2 K2 P2 C4B) P3, 4 moss

Row 15: 4 moss, P3 (K4 P2 K2 P2 K4), P3, 4 moss
Row 16: 4 moss, K3 (P4 K2 P2 K2 P4) K3, 4 moss
Like I said before, for 9 inches just repeat rows 1-16, 3 times total.
Bind off, Weave in the ends.

(The even # rows are "knit the knit stitches and purl the purl stitches")

Beautiful work! I would love to try them, but can't read the pattern with the background. Thank you so for sharing :-)
